Already have an FD-258 fingerprint card? Zeroed Solutions converts your FD-258 fingerprint card into an ATF-compliant EFT file for use with eForm 1 and eForm 4 submissions. We accept mailed-in cards or high-resolution digital scans (minimum 600 DPI). All conversions are performed in-house, and most are completed the same day depending on image quality.
This service allows you to avoid repeat fingerprinting sessions and provides a digital biometric file that may be reused across multiple NFA submissions.

Submission Requirements

Original FD-258 card mailed in

Digital scan at ≥ 600 DPI (higher the better). Most modern day scanners can scan at a minimum of 600 DPI, which si the requirement for conversion.
