Fingerprinting: FD-258 to EFT (Physical to Virtual Conversion)
Already have an FD-258 fingerprint card? Zeroed Solutions converts your FD-258 card into an ATF-compliant EFT file for use with ATF eForm 1 and ATF eForm 4 submissions. We accept mailed-in cards or high-resolution digital scans (minimum 600 DPI).
This service helps you avoid repeat fingerprinting sessions and provides a digital biometric file that may be reused across multiple NFA submissions.

Turnaround depends on image quality and volume; same-day completion is typical when requirements are met.
Submission Requirements
Option 1: Mail your original FD-258 card We convert the physical card in-house
Option 2: Upload a high-resolution scan Scan at 600 DPI or higher (higher is better). Most modern scanners support 600 DPI.
Low-quality scans may delay processing. If you want, we can recommend the best scan settings before you submit.
General Notes
- All conversions are performed in-house.
- Customer retains ownership of biometric data. After confirming successful delivery, we remove the submitted images and generated files from our systems.
