At Zeroed Solutions, we strive to process and ship all orders quickly and reliably, while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.
1. Accessory Shipping
Orders for in-stock accessories—including optics, pistol parts, rifle parts, and complete uppers—will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Firearm Transfers (FFL Items)
For firearms requiring FFL transfer:

Most products are not stocked locally and kept with our distributor. Once a valid FFL is obtained, shipping will occur within 3-5 days.

Please ensure that your selected FFL sends their license to ffl@zeroedsolutions.store promptly to avoid delays.
3. Shipping Notifications
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Return and Refund Policy

At Zeroed Solutions, we are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws regarding firearms and related items. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
1. Non-Refundable Items
Due to federal regulations and safety concerns, no refunds or returns will be accepted for the following:

Firearms
-
NFA-related items (including but not limited to suppressors, short-barreled rifles, etc.)
All sales of these items are final.
2. Firearm Accessories
Firearm accessories (e.g., grips, optics, rails, magazines, etc.) may be returned under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unopened and in original packaging for a full refund.

If the item has been opened but remains unused, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise noted.

Items showing signs of use or installation will not be eligible for return, and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are contingent on the item being received in unused, resalable condition.

4. Return Instructions
